Zhongke Baikang Tris-Glycine Instant Granules

Tris-Glycine ( TG ) is a white to off-white instant granule. TG instant granules are TG buffer ( 25 mM Tris , 192 mM glycine) used in daily experimental work in the form of instant granules. TG instant granules are simple and fast to use. They do not require tedious preparation processes such as calculation, weighing, and pH adjustment . They can be used immediately after taking them. In addition, the standardized large-scale production process of TG instant granules can avoid errors in the manual preparation process and ensure the intra-batch and inter-batch stability of the buffer. TG buffer is prepared in 20% ethanol to make 1 × TG working buffer and is often used in fast immunoblotting ( Western Blot ), mainly for wet transfer; it can also be used to prepare native -PAGE electrophoresis buffer.
