With first commitments already in hand, the Company is raising a $5-11M Series A round of financing (multiple closes) on the way to a total of $24M that over the next 2 years will fund 4 high-value creating Phase 2b trials intended to confirm and extend earlier trial results, and enable phase 3 clinical trials with a big pharma partner. Current partner interest in this area from respected global players is strong.
